How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name → Subscriptions → Fervo, and cancel there. Premium stays active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — it removes your account and all associated data.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
On the paywall screen in the app, tap “Restore purchases”. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will re-activate.
Does Fervo work without Apple Health?
Yes. Apple Health sync for sleep and steps is optional — you can log everything manually. Grant access any time to automate it.
